Please read the text below and give us your written affirmation as well as consent concerning your personal information and job history which you submit to Amazing Japan Inc. ('AJ').

  • While providing us with personal information is strictly upon a voluntary basis, kindly note that AJ might not be able to provide you with effective career consulting without your appropriate personal information.
  • Our aim is to contribute our registrants for long term career success and development as well as clients for long term business growth, thus AJ wishes continuous engagement with them even after successful placement.  For above mentioned purposes, kindly ensure that you may be invited to topical seminars, networking events, web-based questionnaire, etc.  
  • However, AJ also recognizes that the level of engagement preferred by registrants will vary. If AJ loses touch with a registrant and the personal information AJ collected is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected and AJ won't retain it any longer.
  • I hereby declare that all the personal information and job history which I submit to AJ via its registration web site, personal interviews, email delivery etc. are most updated, true and correct.

Amazing Japan Inc. hereby declares to make our best efforts to prevent the loss, falsification, tampering or leakage of personal information, take immediate and appropriate actions in cases that such accidents do occur, and strive for proper handling, management and maintenance of personal information.

1.Obtaining Personal information

We will obtain personal information by registrants via our registration web site, personal interviews, email delivery, etc. The personal information includes, but is not limited to, such contact information (names, contact info, etc.) and career information (preferred job, education and work history, etc.) as required to enable us to identify suitable registrants as candidates to be introduced to our clients.

While we will do our best to protect personal data of registrants, we cannot guarantee the security of their data transmitted to us; any transmission is at their own risk.

We will use personal information for the purpose of carrying out the following operations and shall not use personal information for any other purposes.

3.Providing Personal information

We will not provide any third party with personal information without prior approval obtained from the registrant to whom the personal information belongs to, unless otherwise stated in the applicable laws and regulations.

4.Properly Managing the Safety of Personal information

We will take reasonable information security measures against illegal access and invasion of computer viruses, and in case of loss, destruction, falsification, leakage of personal information, etc., we will take appropriate actions in a most timely manner according to our policies.

5.Disclosing and Making Corrections etc. to Personal information

We acknowledge that the registered data belongs to the registrant. When registrants contact us for request of disclosure, correction, etc. of their personal information, we shall respond within a reasonable time frame to such requests.

6.Our Organizational Structure to Safeguard Personal information

In order to ensure proper management of personal information in place, we have nominated a Personal Information Protection Officer and will train our board members and employees on how to manage and handle personal information in a proper way.
